  4. L: Learning: Embracing falling back means embracing learning. It’s where real growth happens.

  5. U: Understanding: falling back helps you understand that setbacks are a natural part of any journey.

  6. R: Resilience: It builds resilience. Each fallback makes you stronger and more resilient for future challenges.

  7. E: Experience: Falling back is an experience that contributes to your wisdom and expertise.

Now, let’s explore the “FEAR” acronym:

  1. F: Face: Face your fear. Acknowledge it rather than avoiding it.

  2. E: Evaluate: Evaluate the source of your fear. What’s causing it? Is it a rational concern?

  3. A: Accept: Accept that fear is a natural emotion, and it’s okay to feel it.

  4. R: Release: Release your fear’s grip on you. Don’t let it hold you back.
